The hotel is close to a large shopping centre located across the road. It includes a bus station and train station. I walked to the water park in about 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. Luggage storage was available after checkout.
I asked for an additional pillow. The receptionist provided a towel but said housekeeping had left for the day. She could not get me the pillow.

The staff speaks english very well. They provided help whenever I needed it. The breakfast buffet offers adequate selection. Large spaces were set aside for dining to avoid overcrowding. The staff exchanged towels daily.
